BOOKING DETAILS

Items marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory and must be filled in.
Booking cut off time is 4pm on the Sunday prior to collection.

PLACEMENT OF ITEMS

Items should be either placed within 2 meters of a convenient entrance to the property or immediately outside the boundary of the property.

Small items should be placed in unwanted crates/bins or neatly stacked.

Mattresses and fridges should be in a separate pile from other items

CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING CONDITIONS:

Items must only be placed out ONE DAY BEFORE your booked collection day. If placed out earlier, you will be asked to remove items from the street immediately or fines apply.

The first available booking date will be allocated to you.

Only 2 cubic meters is allowed per booking for single dwellings and 0.5 cubic meters per unit in multi-unit dwellings.

Doors should be removed from fridges to prevent small children being trapped inside.

Heavy articles must not weigh more than 90kg.

I confirm that I have read and understand the booking conditions and WILL NOT be placing any unacceptable items out for collection e.g. paint tins, chemicals, gas cylinders or building materials (including baths, bricks, stones, guttering, wire and metal framing), car parts, tyres, commercial waste or soil.
